Weighed in at 203lbs with clothes on this morning..


was 257lbs in November, 2018..was down to 199 before Thanksgiving so not too much damage from the holidays. Did this by fasting for 2-4 days at a time..and yes I had setbacks.

Today I lifted weights..hopefully I stay the course and lift on a strict schedule to transform my body once again. This will be every bit as hard if not harder than losing weight. I am 56 and like anyone my age I have injuries.

But, I have confidence I will reach my goal of looking and feeling fit. I feel great now but my strength is not really there. So we will see how this goes..charting unfamiliar territory with lifting after losing lots of weight. I will update in a few weeks.
